Refund & Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. 

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, books or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Custom Apparels
  • Cups & tumblers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


At Affirmative Apparel, we value customer satisfaction above all else and are dedicated to providing excellent products. If you’re ever unsatisfied with what we offer, please reach out to us right away at! 

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions though, returns have been temporarily put on hold – but don’t worry; simply emailing our friendly customer care team is enough for them to help sort any issues that may arise! However, items must be in their original state upon return or a refund won’t be issued once received – shipping costs are also your responsibility.

Can I exchange my clothing?

With the current restrictions in place due to COVID-19, we regret that returns and exchanges are on hold for now. We apologize if you find it difficult to choose a product without being able to see it first – rest assured, once restrictions ease up these services will resume! If an error has been made on our end however, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can arrange a hassle free exchange.
